Features
Insulation
- The jacket is equipped with PrimaLoft® Gold Hi-Loft Ultra insulation, which is enhanced by Cross Core™ aerogel technology to provide exceptional warmth-to-weight performance in wet conditions.
- It features 120g m-2 of insulation in the body and 80g m-2 in the hood and sleeves, offering an ideal balance between thermal efficiency and ease of movement.
- An additional 60g m-2 of insulation has been added to the shoulders to enhance resistance to compression, particularly when wearing a backpack.
- The insulation is composed of 74% recycled polyester and 26% virgin polyester, making it an environmentally conscious choice.
Materials
- The outer shell is made from WINDSTOPPER® by GORE-TEX Labs Ripstop, which includes an ePTFE membrane and a 30 denier face fabric that delivers lightweight yet durable weather resistance.
- A 20 denier lining fabric has been used to provide both durability and breathability, aiding moisture management and layering comfort.
Patterning & Design
- The Mountain fit has been tailored to allow for effortless over-layering and full range of movement.
- The Shoulder Shield construction eliminates seams on the shoulder panels to reduce the risk of moisture ingress from melting snow and spindrift.
Hood Configuration
- The Mountain HC Insulated Hood has been designed to fit comfortably over a helmet.
- It features a fully adjustable system, including a rear volume adjuster and two frontal toggles for precise fitting.
- A wired hood visor has been included to maintain clear vision, even in strong winds or when wearing goggles or glasses.
Pocket Configuration
- Two YKK® zipped handwarmer pockets are lined with Octayarn for added warmth and comfort.

- The centre front closure uses a 2-way YKK® moulded zip with an insulated rear baffle to minimise heat loss and block wind.
