Designed for extended alpine missions and the longest days on the wall, this robust yet lightweight climbing pack offers exceptional weather resistance. It has been purpose-built for winter and alpine climbing on the most demanding faces and steepest routes.

With an optimal capacity of 45 litres, the Tupilak 45+ combines custom-engineered fabrics and aluminium hardware in a lightweight, weatherproof, and highly durable design. It is perfectly suited for multi-day alpine routes and long climbs in harsh winter environments. Refined through over 35 prototype iterations, this pack has been thoroughly tested by the team on some of the world’s most challenging alpine lines, and has become a reliable choice for professional alpine guides and instructors in daily use.

As with all packs in the Tupilak range, the Tupilak 45+ features custom-developed PACT™ 300 and 100 R² high-tenacity fabrics. These materials are exceptionally robust and lightweight, effectively shedding snow and enduring punishing mountain conditions. Its integrated cowl-lid system with the specially designed Grappler™ buckle offers quick, secure closure and dependable weather protection, even in poor visibility or while wearing gloves. Inside, a secondary roll-top closure adds another layer of weather resistance and allows climbers to separate wet gear from dry kit during multi-day excursions.

Its tapered hourglass silhouette is engineered for efficient packing and enhanced stability when climbing or hiking. A supportive EVA back panel improves load distribution and carrying comfort, while the high-density EVA foam shoulder straps are shaped for freedom of movement during technical ascents. Side compression straps with aluminium buckles help stabilise the load and are versatile enough to carry extra gear such as sleeping mats or skis. Additional aluminium toggles and bungee cords secure ice tools and expand load-carrying potential. For lightweight summit pushes, users can strip the pack of components such as the back panel, hip fins, compression straps, bungee cords, and ice tool toggles when not needed.

A floating zipped pocket for essentials such as head torches or sun cream is conveniently accessible from both the interior and exterior of the pack.
